Founded on deep sustainability advisory and over three decades of project delivery leadership, Green Project Delivery ensures environmental and other sustainability commitments are structurally embedded in capital and program decisions, then delivered.
We are unique in that we have strong pedigrees in both program/project execution and sustainability.
The Problem

Mark Lowy
About the Founder
Mark Lowy is a sustainability and delivery executive with more than 35 years’ experience leading complex projects, programs, and governance reform across regulated and high-stakes environments.
He is the Founder of the Guava Group and the driving force behind Green Project Delivery, where he advances a delivery-led approach to sustainability. Mark works with boards, executives, and delivery leaders to embed climate, ESG, and resilience considerations directly into capital governance, stage-gate frameworks, and project execution systems.
His work challenges the view that sustainability is primarily a reporting function. Instead, he positions it as a delivery discipline, one that must shape decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes in real time.
Mark is a trusted advisor and mentor, guided by a clear conviction: that strategy and sustainability only matter if they are executed and can withstand real-world pressure.
